What we collect
When you book online or by phone we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, the treatment and time you choose, and anything you tell us for your practitioner. Notes can include health information, so share only what you want your practitioner to know.
How we use it
We use these details only to hold and manage your appointment: to confirm it by text and email, to contact you if something changes, and to prepare your session. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Phone calls
Calls to the spa are answered first by a virtual receptionist, an automated voice assistant that can answer questions, book appointments and connect you to our team. Calls are transcribed so we can keep an accurate record of bookings. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
Who processes it
Bookings are stored in the spa's booking system, run for us by our technology provider in the United States. Texts are sent from our business line and emails from [email protected]. Voice calls are carried by our telephone provider and processed by a speech service to power the virtual receptionist.
Cookies and external content
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies. Images, fonts, styles and scripts are served from this site. The booking form sends your details only to our booking system.
